Personnel of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy; the bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very good, with a good food variety. Location of the hotel was very good, 5 mins walk from the UBahn and 5mins, with the UBahn, distance to Marienplatz (center of Munchen). We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Parking space, in the private garage, for a fee/night.
Location is great, a short bus- or metro-ride away from the city center. The rooms are clean, pleasant and comfortable and of good size. The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a garage where you can leave the car at a reasonable price. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area (try out the Italian restaurant Falco around the corner, great service and decent food for fair prices, with a nice terrace).
The breakfast room is very cramped, and there are very few tables that accomodate a family or group of five. Charging for internet at this day and age is a bit cheap. And the one (very slow) computer with free internet access (20 minutes max) does not really change that.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts and very handy location.
The only slight negative was difficult access to the wireless Internet service.
Location and connection to public transport and a fabulous breakfast
The location was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The smell of the cleaning supplies was kind of strange.
Clean but a bit old-fashioned furniture. Helpful staff. Fairly close to the centre (3 metro stops). The metro station is within a few minutes walking distance from tne hotel. Breakfast OK although they could have a bit more vegetables available.
Oh dear! We had our room in a semi-basement facing a courtyard, and people were walking in front of our window. We had to keep the lights on and the curtains closed quite often. They should offer these rooms at a discounted price!
We came to Munich specially to show Deutsches Museum to our son of 6 years. For this purpose the location is excellent. We were happy to go for a walk in the nearest park and enjoyed Bayern meals in a traditional restaurant just 3 minutes to walk. The staff is very friendly.
Room is too small for 3 persons.
There was a direct bus around the cornor number 52 and it was always on time and runs every 10 minutes into the city. would recommend to go to the english beer garden!! Would recommened if you dont get a chirpy bird haha :)
The rooms were too crampt. you could hear people talking and yelling late at night from the courtyard. And throught the night till early morning you could hear the annoying turp of a bunch of birds!! Wifi was 9 euro for 24 hrs and it doesnt work in the rooms even though it states whole hotel, but they did refund the money. Breakfast could of definitly had more variety!! It was about a 30 minute walk or more into the city which on a hot day can be torture!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go and how to get around the city. We also loved the breakfast available each morning and how convenient the hotel was to city transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Near the u bahn, very clean, very good breakfast
No wifi, there is a very slow laptop available, non usable. Nowadays this is a must, charge more in the room if you need to, but it is like paying for the hot water or the tv.
Verry confortable and well placed in the middle of the city; clean and discreet.
The hotel is excellent for 3 stars. Is situated 3 minutes to the metro station. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The room is small and quite comfortable.
The room was very clean and well arranged. Very close metro station(kolumbus platz). Liked it..
Cleanliness of your room and beside it is not close to the main atraction turistic points, it is very close the subway and bus stop from where you take only 5 min to the main sites of Munich. The breakfast is also good.
The staff was very friendly. We feel fine like beeing home.
